The benefits of getting away from the office for a face-to-face retreat are well-known. An opportunity to gather your key team members, evaluate your organisation's historic performance while setting the scene for more successful future collaboration - boosting employee morale and building a strong and connected culture.

With relaxed and more formal options available within our 5,000 sqm venue to choose from, JARA's team will help curate a personalised schedule of activities with you. Presentations can be made on our big screen TV or Projector and pull-up screen and volleyball, golf or badminton can be played in the leisure area - a balance of structured bonding, team-building activities, and unstructured free time making for a truly valuable experience.
Should you wish to take a tour of Jara ahead of your visit, you may do so for up to 30 minutes, for N25,000 - this covers two people and includes a welcome soft drink. Priced at N10,000 per person thereafter. This must be booked / arranged in advance (please email ahead) - any fee paid is then removed from the total of any booking secured within one month of the tour.

Conference Quay
Our stunning conference facility 'Conference Quay' boasts a fully air-conditioned, directly oceanfront, first floor room suitable for up to 40 guests. Exclusive use of the room includes tea / coffee / all furniture / 75-inch screen and stationary. This space can also be hired for dinners too. Packages for premium / hot snacks (pastries etc) are available on request - see Small Chop Menu here.

If you're considering an offsite (day or stay-over) retreat for your organisation this year, Jara Beach Resort offers the ultimate escape. We have a range of packages to suit most group sizes and budgets. We can sleep 67 adult guests if sharing rooms / beds (or 17 if individual rooms are required). Options with and without alcohol available.
If visiting for a DAY RETREAT, a typical outline would be as follows:
